High tea has always been about bringing people together. ☕

Over the years, we’ve loved seeing our guests gather around the table to celebrate, connect and enjoy the simple pleasure of sharing beautiful food together.

As our high teas grew, we reached a point where we needed to rethink how we approached dietary requests. While we always want our guests to have a wonderful experience, managing an increasing number of individual requirements became challenging for our kitchen team and our ability to deliver the quality and consistency we’re so proud of.

For us, high tea is about the tradition of breaking bread: sharing, swapping and enjoying the experience together.

By keeping our high teas thoughtfully curated, our chefs can focus on creating the beautiful food and memorable moments that make Bumbles special.

Our Signature Bug Roll has become a Bumbles favourite for good reason: crispy tempura Australian bay lobster, a golden brioche roll, fresh gem lettuce and mild chilli mayo. 🦞

Our Basque Burnt Cheesecake sits somewhere in between.

Dark, caramelised edges that give way to a soft, almost custard-like centre, the kind of contrast that makes you pause before you even pick up your fork.

Swipe to cut through the crackled edges and reveal what’s waiting inside.

Baked until just set, left intentionally imperfect, and best enjoyed slowly with good company (or quietly, if you’re not keen on sharing).
