Twilight Fridays kicks off tomorrow at MAP mima.

Free Friday evenings at MAP mima, 5-8pm, with a rotating calendar of kids’ discos, live music, food and art after hours.

The Cube becomes a disco, with family-friendly tracks and immersive projections. Ages 5–12.
🍨 Frustard onsite from 5pm.

🎧 Friday 6 November: Rollertopia🛼
Get your skates on with 80's Skaties, live music and local food trucks. DJ Ruby Red will be spinning feel-good tracks.

NEWK - The John Newcombe Story is a play about one of Australia’s greatest sportsmen.

Written by award-winning playwright Kieran Carroll and performed by Melbourne actor Paul Armstrong.

The scene is Newcombe’s 80th birthday. A house full of guests. A lifetime of stories... The Davis Cup, the 1970s world No. 1 ranking, the Cinzano and K-Tel commercials, and the cost of living life at full speed.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the inaugural Pavilion Film Festival.

Over four days at the Multi-Arts Pavilion (MAP mima), 31 finalist films from Eleebana to France found their audience, and you made it a celebration of bold, offbeat and original cinema.

Across five sessions, audiences were taken on a journey and left inspired. Thank you to the filmmakers for sharing your work, and congratulations again to our winners and Highly Commended films.

🎻 Australian Haydn Ensemble (AHE) presents Haydn’s London Symphonies reimagined: intimate, vibrant and full of surprises!

Artistic Director Skye McIntosh shares the story behind some of Haydn’s most celebrated symphonies.

Celebrity status, crowds gone wild and sterling pouring in. Haydn’s London years were the highlight of his career. Now, the Australian Haydn Ensemble brings this remarkable music to life in a new way, presenting the famed London symphonies as intimate chamber arrangements by Haydn’s contemporary, Johann Peter Salomon.

Katy Steele is almost here!
