It’s official — Awaba House opens its doors on the 19th of October!!

After a huge amount of work behind the scenes, we’re incredibly excited to finally welcome you in and begin the next chapter of this landmark venue.

We’ll be launching in two stages, with the Awaba House Café opening first, followed by the full restaurant opening on the 5th of November.

Over the next few days, we’ll also be releasing our menus so you can get a first look at the food, drinks and local produce that will shape the Awaba House experience.

There is plenty more to come from here, and we can’t wait to start sharing the final stages of the journey with you.

The countdown is officially on.

It has taken a few hoops, plenty of persistence and a huge amount of work behind the scenes, but we are incredibly excited to finally bring Awaba House back to life.

This is a landmark venue, and from day one our focus has been simple — to give Awaba House the respect, reputation and hospitality offering it deserves.

We want the local community to be proud of what has been created here. A venue that showcases the very best of our region, delivers an immaculate food and beverage offering, and continues to raise the bar for hospitality across Lake Macquarie, Newcastle and beyond.

There is something truly special about Awaba House, and we cannot wait to finally open the doors and welcome you in.

Our launch will happen in stages, beginning with the Awaba House Café, followed by the full restaurant experience.
