✨ Local Business Awards Night ✨
Tonight is a little different for me.
I’ll be there cheering on the incredible local businesses in our community and celebrating their achievements, but this year I did not enter.
Why? Sometimes you need to take a step back. To ease the pressure, let go of expectations, and reconnect with what matters most. Running a business is a journey, and not every season needs to be about chasing awards.
I am incredibly proud of Touchwood Flowers, the business we have built, the customers we serve, and the successes we've achieved over the years in so many different ways. Those achievements don't disappear just because I chose not to enter this year.
So tonight, I'll happily celebrate from the sidelines, applauding those who have put themselves forward and recognising the hard work, courage and dedication it takes to do so.
Good luck to all the finalists tonight. Enjoy the moment, soak it all in, and be proud of everything you have accomplished. 🌟💐
