Let’s talk about dancing💃

To dance, you don’t need crazy technique you need rhythm, body control, and a real connection to the music. But most people struggle because what’s promoted as social Latin dance is really just performance training in disguise.

People come to me for different reasons:
🔹 To connect with Latin culture.
🔹 To dance with their Latino partner.
🔹 To feel confident dancing socially.

But no matter why they start, the goal is the same: to dance comfortably in real social settings not to put on a show.

And if you ever feel pressured to dance a certain way just because you saw it online? Remember, you don’t have to perform to be a great social dancer. You just have to enjoy the music, adapt, and connect.
