"Tash is an absolute superstar!
From coming out and helping us pick our reception area on a private property before we even signed a contract to dealing with a wandering neighbour in a T-shirt and shorts 5 minutes before the ceremony started! She was cool calm and collected like she had seen it 100 times before!
Our florals were stunning, the furniture we hired was perfect and our day ran so smoothly! I was even reminded of my shoe change 5 minutes before our first dance was due to start.
We had the best stress-less time the whole day and that couldn't have been achieved without Infinity! Could not recommend this team enough,

Taking a moment to look back at the Millbrook open day in January

We created a space full of rich reds, warm peach tones and layered florals, designed to feel romantic, welcoming and a little bit unexpected. Roses, seasonal blooms and soft greenery climbed their way up the installation, while the tables were kept simple with delicate bud vases, candles and warm linen textures.

Millbrook has such a beautiful warmth to it and it was lovely to design something that felt like it belonged so naturally in the space.

Mostly though, it was just so nice meeting so many newly engaged couples and chatting about all the little ideas that turn into a wedding day!

Thank you to the Millbrook team for having us — always such a joy to work in such a special place.

And thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello.

A new era of Infinity is coming…

After 8 incredible years of IWE, we’re so excited to share that Ang will be stepping into ownership of Infinity from next season (1 July).

Ang has worked alongside Tash for almost four of the eight years we’ve been in business and has become such a big part of Infinity — working closely with our couples, venues and vendors and helping bring so many beautiful days together.

Honestly, we couldn’t imagine anyone better to take this on and continue looking after the business, the relationships and the couples the way Ang does.

And for anyone wondering what this means for Tash — she’s not disappearing.

Tash will still be around, coordinating for Ang on busy days and continuing with florals (something she’s been really enjoying), which will be offered exclusively for Infinity couples. She’ll simply be stepping back a little to spend more time with her young family, while still popping in whenever Ang needs a hand.

For now it’s business as usual while we move through this season together, but we were both far too excited not to share the news.

This next step comes from a really positive place — we’re both genuinely excited for what’s ahead and incredibly proud of everything Infinity has grown into.

If we’ve been part of your wedding or event, or if we’ve had the pleasure of working alongside you as a venue or vendor, we just want to say a huge heartfelt thank you for being part of our journey.

🤍 What to look for in your wedding coordinator! 🤍

An experienced wedding coordinator will offer a calm, problem-solving demeanour, strong (honest!) communication and the ability to translate your vision into a cohesive plan.

Your wedding coordinator will be able to give you an approximate cost of vendors and concepts, while respecting your financial limits.
Key factors to look for in a coordinator include excellent organisation to manage timelines, a proactive approach to handling issues, and a personality that meshes well with yours.

Wedding duties that we find are often overlooked in the planning include setting up of own personal items & decor, lighting candles, making sure the bridal party has drinks after reception entry, bustling the dress after photos and making sure the champagne tower is pre-poured! When you book us, we oversee all of the little details so you don’t have to worry about finding someone to cover any of these!

📍 Oakford | 10 hours per weekend (more in peak season)

Infinity Weddings is on the lookout for a reliable, positive junior team member to join our Event Crew.
If you love being part of beautiful wedding days, enjoy hands-on work, and want to learn alongside experienced coordinators — this could be for you.

You’ll work side by side with our Lead Coordinators on wedding days, helping bring ceremony and reception spaces to life.

Think:
• Setting up ceremony chairs, arbors & reception spaces
• Styling details and placing décor
• Moving furniture and hire items
• Assisting with pack down
• Supporting the team to ensure the day flows seamlessly
It’s a physical role and can be fast-paced — but it’s also incredibly rewarding watching a space transform and knowing you helped create someone’s big day.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Is junior (preferred) and eager to learn
• Holds a valid driver’s licence (essential)
• Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
• Has a great attitude and works well in a team
• Is available Saturdays & Sundays
