❤️🔥 DANCE TONIGHT WITH TREVOR BROWN ✨
Trevor Brown—internationally acclaimed composer, performer, producer, and DJ. His distinctive sonic world is shaped by decades of deep spiritual and musical inquiry. Trevor has studied with traditional masters from India and Africa, as well as First Nations song people from Australia and North America. These influences are woven together with his classical training in London, Paris, and Sydney, creating a musical language that is both ancient and contemporary.
Alongside his performance career, Trevor has lectured in composition and improvisation at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, Sydney College of the Arts, and RMIT University. He has performed, produced and composed works for the Sydney Opera House, MONA and DARK M**O, headlined at Woodford Festival, performed at Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Darwin Festivals, and collaborated on groundbreaking, genre-defying projects ranging from the hip hop pioneers Metta Bass 'n Breath to gypsy punk Allstars Waiting for Guinness.
Performing solo, Trevor will guide audiences through a deeply immersive, sonically through-composed—yet entirely improvised—journey, where intuition, tradition, and the present moment converge in a unique musical experience.
