Love, laughter, and a little bit of luck with the weather – Joanne & Gafar’s wedding day was nothing short of magical at The Pavillion Function Centre & Gardens.

On Saturday, 26 April, surrounded by 75 of their closest family and friends, they celebrated with a heartfelt tiered lawn ceremony, a joyful cocktail hour on the top lawn, and an unforgettable reception in our Summer House.

The rain stayed away (just!), allowing us to bring their dream day to life. From the stunning blooms to the soulful sounds of the musicians, every detail reflected the love they share.

On Friday, March 7th, we had the absolute pleasure of hosting the 8th annual Joblink Plus International Women's Day Lunch at The Pavillion Function Centre & Gardens.

A truly stunning and high-end event, this annual celebration has grown over the years, starting at Deco Wine Bar and Restaurant and now finding its home at The Pavillion. For the past 8 years, Joblink Plus has trusted Central Hospitality Group to bring this special occasion to life, and we’re honoured to be part of such an inspiring gathering.

This year’s theme, "For ALL women and girls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment.", is a powerful reminder that progress happens when we uplift and support one another.

A huge thank you to Joblink Plus for continuing to create such a meaningful event, and to all the incredible women and allies who joined in this celebration.

We are incredibly proud to support the Tamworth community and be part of the 2025 Single Builders Tamworth Rescue Ball.

As double gold sponsors, Central Hospitality Group contributed all beverages for the event, 26 room nights of accommodation for event staff, hire companies, the MC, and entertainment. We also provided auction items, setup and pack-down services, and bar operations.

Thanks to the generosity of all involved, the event raised over $87,000 to help keep the chopper in the sky, supporting our region. A huge thank you to our amazing team who helped make this happen!

Our Story

The Pavillion Function Centre and Gardens a multi award winning ‘Bride Choice Award’ venue located 7km from Tamworth town centre. The venue itself is surrounded by beautiful tree canopies, running water streams and a large feature pond to the back of the main function room.

The Pavillion is a unique space in the New England region where we are able to cater for all function needs. We host a range of functions such as corporate meetings, seminars, cocktail functions, birthday parties, school formals, christenings, baby showers and most popular of all weddings.

The Pavillion prides itself in ensuring each and every function is catered to the highest standard from the point of initial enquiry through to the running of the event and post event follow up.
