Picking entertainment is arguably the hardest part when it comes to wedding planning

Everyone’s got a highlight reel full of their best moments and when it comes to your wedding, you’re under even more pressure to make the right call because you only get this night once.

The reality is, I’m a hard ass when it comes to who represents JLX.

Every performer on our books has either performed live in front of me or worked alongside me before I’ve trusted them with our clients.

Why?

Because when you book JLX, I want you to have confidence that the person turning up has been trialled, tested and vetted and knows how to keep a dancefloor packed all night.

You either reach out and find out how we do it, or you find out why we’re the best when it’s already too late.

Easiest thing you could is to follow along and make up your own mind 🙂‍↕️

The right this, the right that… at the end of the day if the entertainment rocks up looking like he’s run from the Dr Dan’s via the dance dome to the wedding. You’ve got issues.

But don’t worry… if you are after a cheeky wall slap on your special day, we will still sort you out for your techa’s 🤣

When it comes to your special day, just make sure you’re confident in who you’re booking and what they can actually do… Otherwise, “if you don’t laugh, you’ll cry” might hit a little too close to home 💀

Our couples love us because we actually care.

And if my mother raised me right (she did), caring sometimes means having to hear some of the hard truths

For our couples that’s to help make their dream wedding a reality.

I’ve done this for over 5 years now and honestly the reason people rave about our events is because of those three rules.

Don’t get it twisted, our entertainers are second to none, but it is because of the rules we have created we have helped allow our couples to actually have fun on their night

And having fun means that they are able to be a part of those epic moments they so desperately want to capture for their special day

But as I said, I’m just one curly headed dude…

Your wedding day is your day for a reason.
Your tunes and anthems pumping all night long is the key!

If you let your guests weigh in on your music choice by adding the RSVP + Request a song combo. You are setting yourself up to disappoint your guests

Seriously… it’s all fun and games until your aunty requests Beegees and you despise the Beegees.

Get rid of that question on your invite and ask them for a funny memory with you instead… you can at least get a chuckle out of a memory you may have forgotten!
