Booking Policy – First Come, First Served

We operate on a first come, first served basis for all event bookings. While we’re more than happy to answer enquiries, provide quotes and discuss your event requirements, please note that an enquiry alone does not secure your date.

To officially confirm your booking, a deposit must be paid. Until your deposit has been received, your requested date remains available for other clients to book, and we cannot guarantee availability.

We understand how important it is to have everything organised for your special event, so we recommend securing your date as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. If another client confirms their booking with a deposit before you do, priority will be given to their booking.
