Giulia & Travis’ cocktail hour soirée at Sydney Town Hall.

An exquisite celebration of love, where culinary artistry met timeless elegance.

A spectacular Gran Frutti di Mare station showcased freshly shucked oysters, lobster sashimi, king crab, harbour prawns and delicate seafood crudo, while live chef stations brought the flavours of the Mediterranean to life with grilled Fremantle octopus, Italian sausages and vibrant seasonal accompaniments.

On the Marconi Terrace, lychee martini’s,amaretto sours, white Negronis and Hugo Spritzes were served alongside an elegant selection of roaming canapés, setting the scene for the celebration that is to come.

A month of rugby league at Doltone House.

As the NRL season reaches its biggest stage tonight, we’re looking back on an incredible few weeks celebrating the game across our venues.

From the St George Illawarra Dragons Awards Night and Stand With Jai at Sydney Event Centre, to the Cronulla Sharks Awards Night inside the newly reimagined Monte Cristo Lumiere at Sylvania Waters.

We welcomed the Wests Tigers Awards Night and Bulldogs Foundation Luncheon to Jones Bay Wharf, while our team took Doltone House hospitality beyond our venues, catering the Rabbitohs Awards Night at Sydney Event Centre and the Rugby League Excellence Awards at Sydney Town Hall.

Different clubs, different celebrations, one incredible rugby league community. It’s been a privilege to play a part in recognising the players, people and achievements that made the 2026 season one to remember.

Now, all eyes are on tonight. Best of luck to the teams taking the field for the 2026 NRL Grand Final!
