Join us for a relaxing morning tea at the Kingborough Community Hub, featuring delicious light treats prepared by our talented young baristas and an inspiring presentation from father-son adventurers Phil and Ned Wise.

Entries are open for the Kingborough Art Prize Youth exhibition and sale coming up in September at the Kingborough Community Hub.

For the first time, the exhibition is open to young people aged up to 18 years. A non-acquisitive first prize of $300 will be awarded for the best work exhibited.

As the global population ages, dementia is a growing public health challenge.
While age and genetics play a role, research shows that lifestyle and health choices can reduce risk.

Join us to explore the latest findings and the research being done to better understand how we can protect brain health.

Presented by Assoc Prof Alison Canty, Wicking Dementia Reseach and Education Centre UTAS

Morning tea is provided.
