We love to see a workplace who goes above and beyond to show appreciation of their employees and Skye at Gerringong Coastal Cottage Early Learning Centre is paving the way when it comes to this!

Yesterday was Early Childhood Educator’s Day and Skye had us create these boxes so she could fill them with gifts for all her amazing educators as a thank you for all their hard work. In my next life I’m coming back as one of Skye’s employees!

Dear August,

Thanks for the memories! You had big expectations to live up to after a massive August last year, and you did not disappoint!

A month that was filled with fun orders and set ups and celebrations and lots of last minute ‘get this done!’ kind of energy!

Away from the shop, it was a month filled with lots of hockey for Willow and I as her season wrapped up and I head to the finals after finishing as minor premiers! We love this game and our club so much but the juggle is real! We will miss it so much when it’s over but definitely ready for Saturdays to slow down a little bit!

Another big month ahead - can’t wait to see what September brings! ✨

End of sporting season and finals time has definitely hit! And you’d better believe if you pick up balloons from us, we’ll be stalking all your pages to see where they end up!

Here’s our balloon columns in action for some of the Kiama Junior Knights Rugby League Club grand finals on Saturday. These were picked up in store on Friday afternoon and after much deliberation trying to get them secured, I watched them drive off and up the hill hanging out the back of a ute, so imagine my relief to see they made it to their destination 😅
