This weekend's offerings in our fridge are a delicious Roast Vegetable and Pearl Cous Cous, summer personified in our Fresh Tomato Sauce, Thai Chilli and Basil Chicken and, the family favourite, Beef Lasagne. Available at The Collective Kiama (in the old Mitre 10).
