Joining us in Margaret River for Pair'd Festival? The first w**e of the evening has been revealed 🥂

We’ll open Around the Table with Ray Jordan with 2024 Idée Fixe Premier Brut, poured alongside canapés on the lawn for sunset at Miss Chow’s Margaret River.

Ray awarded the 2023 vintage 95 points, describing it as “probably the best example of it yet.” This November, guests will have the opportunity to taste the 2024 release with Ray himself and hear his thoughts firsthand, before moving inside for an intimate paired dinner showcasing exceptional WA w**es.
