Born and raised in the Northern Rivers, Aaron returns to the region with an extraordinary culinary career spanning luxury hospitality, destination dining, immersive food experiences and globally recognised private events.
With experience across prestigious international venues, private chef work for notable figures, and collaborations with global brands, Aaron brings a world-class approach to food, storytelling and guest experience.
Known for his passion for seasonal produce, live-fire cooking, foraging, sustainability and connection to local growers, fishermen and producers, Aaron will help shape the culinary direction across our growing collection of food, tourism and hospitality experiences - including Summergrove Estate, Potager – A Kitchen Garden and Tweed Eco Cruises.
This marks an exciting new chapter for The Hinterland Collection as we continue to grow our vision for the Tweed region as one of Australia’s leading destinations for food, tourism and lifestyle experiences.
