Behind every perfectly styled table, every seamlessly run event, every moment your guests remember — there’s a woman who made it happen before anyone arrived.

This International Women’s Day, we’re celebrating Michele — our planner, stylist, sales queen and all-round woman who wears every hat in the building. She’s one of the reasons our corner of the Northern Rivers gets world-class events.

She’s the one in the marquee at 7am, adjusting the centrepiece, double-checking with the team, and somehow still smiling when the first guests walk in.

This is what it looks like when a woman builds something beautiful — with her hands, her heart, and a whole lot of passion.
