Ｋｉｒａｎ ＆ Ｄａｎｉｅｌ

Just wanted to say a big big thank you for our beautiful wedding cake. We cut it at cocktail hour right as the sun was setting and it was so stunning - I’ve attached some photos.

Not only was it beautiful, but it was sooo delicious. We had so many friends raving about the coconut and lime, and the leftovers were served at our recovery brunch (due to popular demand!)

Never say Never….

I usually don’t work with buttercream but when I saw this tower of butter recently I needed to make it out of cake!

My “almost” masterpiece for the recent Autumn Venue Open Day

Inspired by the amazing piece by I was so close to making this happen in cake however it didn’t survive the trip 😭 (combination of the current state of my road and structure issues).

Still happy with how it turned out BUT I will nail it next time!
