✨ 3 YEARS OF CELEVIBE® — THE STORIES THAT MADE ME STRONGER 🤍
This October, we’re celebrating three years of Celevibe®! Here are three stories from the very beginning that helped shape the business I have today.
1. “You’re a scam.”
One of my first customers questioned whether my business was legitimate because my business bank account was brand new. At the time, I didn’t understand why he treated me that way. I was simply trying to build something of my own, honestly.
Looking back, I understand the importance of feeling safe when making payments. That experience pushed me to find new ways to build trust with my clients. Today, I receive payments of hundreds and even thousands of dollars without being questioned, and I’m proud of the credibility I’ve built. ✨
2. “You’re too expensive. I’ll do the balloons myself.”
Her words hurt and made me question my work. But they also helped me recognise its value.
Behind every decoration are years of hard work, training, creativity and attention to detail. After more than 200 events, I know I’m not just selling balloons. I’m creating experiences, reducing stress and bringing my clients’ visions to life.
My prices reflect the dedication, experience and love I put into every event. 🤍
3. “You’re Latina, you’ve just become a mum, your English isn’t good enough… you’re crazy!”
Starting a business in a new country, speaking a language that isn’t my mother tongue while raising my girls, was never easy.
But Celevibe® opened doors to happiness, incredible friendships and opportunities I never imagined. Being Latina became one of my greatest strengths, allowing me to bring original designs and a fresh perspective to the Australian events industry.
And today, some of the people who once doubted me tell me they admire what I’ve achieved in such a short time. 🥹
Every challenge helped me grow, and every experience made me stronger.
