A little life update 💓

Things have been a little quieter around here lately, and I thought I’d pop on and let you know why.

The last few weeks have brought some unexpected things for our little family, and life behind the scenes has needed a little more of me than usual. My attention has been exactly where it needed to be, with my family and at home. ❤️

It has meant Rose & Rae Lane has been a little quieter than I’d planned, and I haven’t had the chance to organise our next workshops or share as much on here.

But I haven’t disappeared, and Rose & Rae Lane certainly isn’t going anywhere.

I’m still here, still dreaming up ideas, still collecting far too many beautiful things for future workshops 😂 and I’m really looking forward to getting back into it.

For now, I’m just giving myself a little grace while life settles back down and taking things one week at a time.

There are still so many things I want to create, so many beautiful gatherings I want to bring to life and plenty more cups of tea to be shared around a table.

Thank you for still being here, even when things are a little quieter. ♥️

🌿 The Jar Pals are all lined up and ready for Adoption Day! 🌈

Tomorrow I’ll be at Bethania Community Hall for NeuroBox’s wonderful community event, and I honestly can’t wait to meet you all.

Each child will receive one of these little goodie bags, lovingly packed with everything they’ll need to welcome home their new Jar Pal. Inside you’ll find colourful beads, googly eyes, water beads and all the little treasures needed to begin the adventure.

The only thing left to do is choose your little plant, bring its personality to life by painting its face, create a friendship bracelet just for it, and make it an official member of the family with its very own adoption certificate. 🥹💚

I absolutely love watching every child put their own spin on their Jar Pal. No two ever end up the same, and seeing their imaginations come to life is one of my favourite parts.

🌈 Community Session: 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Come and visit the Little Wildflowers Club, where our adorable little plant friends are patiently waiting to find their forever homes.

Each child will:
🌱 Adopt their very own plant friend
🌈 Create a colourful friendship bracelet for their new buddy
📜 Personalise their official Plant Adoption Certificate
🌼 Receive a Little Wildflowers Club sticker to officially welcome them into the club

It starts with an empty table…

A few hours later it’s filled with women sharing stories, creating with their hands, laughing together and slowing down for an afternoon.

This is why I do what I do.

Not just for the beautiful things we make, but for the beautiful moments we create together.
