The Wellness Social a Mothers Day May Event 🩷🧘‍♀️

Join us for a beautiful evening of self care and relaxation as we slow things down and take a moment to recharge for you.

Details:

When: this Friday, 29th May

Time: 6:30pm Start - So please arrive 5-10mins prior to find a spot and get comfortable

Finish: 8-8:30pm

Where: The Mount Cotton Hall

What to bring: A mat or towel, and a water bottle

Cost: $15 + booking fee.

On the night you will enjoy:

* A guided, light and beginner friendly yoga class to unwind the body

* A calming sound healing session throughout to sooth the mind

* Light meditation to finish off the session

* Followed by some refreshments, tea/coffee and some friendly chatter with other local ladies

* Plus! A little mother’s day gift.. because you deserve it!

This is your time to pause, breathe and fill your own cup. Because we all know how rare that can be at times.
