Fake farmers. Real farmers. A chef in thongs. Photographers. Ex-Sydney folk playing country.

This was one for the books. Great food, some good weather (in parts), amazing people, and a very unexpected but purposeful collaboration.

We had the pleasure of spending the day with Graham and Tim from Margra Lamb, the real deal. Graham is the man behind the iconic Aussie Whites — yes, the Aussie Whites. The best lamb (actually, it’s too good to be called lamb) in the world. That’s a story in itself… and it’s coming.

We're cooking up something pretty special. For the world.
And doing it with the very best in the business.
Ready for take-off.

As always, it is an honour to have at the farm — the most talented chef we know. Not just for what he plates (which is elite) but for his deep understanding of produce and his respect for the people behind it.

And then the magic-makers:
– whose lens somehow captures the texture of a moment.
– Matt & Gemma, the dream team turning dusty boots and sunlight into pure cinema.

More soon. But for now… just grateful. A big thank you to all involved.
