Things you wished your hotel had #21: a dedicated personal chauffeur service.

Most hotels will call you a cab if you’re lucky. As the hotel alternative, we’d rather send one of our private VW I-Ds, a driver who knows the region like a local, and give you a memorable ride to your choice of local experience or venue.

A long dinner at Sara, a morning swim at a hidden local beach, a guided tour you’d never find on your own. Tell us what you’d love to do and we’ll plan it, book it and drive you there.

Before the first guest stirs, before the kitchen fires are lit, there’s a small crew already out in the paddocks at Moraea Farm.

Meet the team behind our working farm. Every morning you’ll see them rounding up curious goats, checking on the cows, collecting eggs from the chooks and walking the rows of our market garden to see what’s ready. It’s quiet, patient work, and it’s at the centre of everything we do at Linnaeus Collection.

Leading the way is Liz, our Head Farm Manager and her partner-in-the-paddock, Laurie. Liz knows every goat by name and every garden bed by heart, and she has a gift for making a working farm feel like a place you never want to leave. Huge shout out for everything you and the team pour into this land.

The festive season is well and truly on the horizon at Linnaeus Collection, and we couldn’t be more excited. 🎄

This year Berry is getting something a little special with Berry Santa Photos - a chance for families and couples to get a cute forever pic with Santa. Tickets are on sale via their IG page.

Berry is warming up, and as spring rolls into summer, we know exactly where we’ll be. Through the gate at Linnaeus Farm, along the stone path and past the rosemary, down to the water. A slow swim, then a long pause at the pool’s edge, looking out over the paddocks to the mountains beyond.

Every stay across the Linnaeus Collection comes with its own pool, so wherever you land in the warmer months, the water’s waiting.
