Wombats are more than just adorable marsupials; they're unlikely heroes during bushfire season. ❤️🔥

Their deep burrows stay cool and sheltered, providing a safe refuge from the flames. Rock wallabies, bettongs, skinks, and even little penguins have been spotted taking cover in wombat warrens during fires!
