Reduction of drug up take and alcoholism by keeping the young generation and jobless Adults busy in fairly or standard salaried jobs. Earnings (Salaries)may be pegged at or above current poverty Dutm line or be on a reasonable Gross Domestic product (GDP) per capita. Creating a sence of pride within the community where the Socienties' upcoming youth can emulate parents behaviour to achieve a respectful and a community with a sence of Humanity. Church institutions may be good points of information decemination to allow the public to understand the operational methods aims and objectives of TGS hence they may voluntarily join the Group and.sending in their subscriptions. A membership subscription of USD $ 5 per month could kick start the Fund raising for the idea to take root and fly. If you say member ship is $5 dollars assured to have a free school for every child that contributes per month and free Hospital of 2 000 000 ( Two million) subscribers you can have USD $ 10 000 000 million a month and can invest it through OLD Mutual Insurance Company which may invest in Organization that can
