CRUISING INTO 2016 WITH ‘DUNHURAMAMBO’ & ‘ZAMBEZI CRUISE SAFARIS’

The start of 2016 brings the start of new era for the Dunhu Ramambo Group
This June sees the launch of the much awaited ‘Zambezi Cruise Safari’ cruising Kariba on our luxury fleet of Umbozha houseboats with the following products:
Three night Matusadona Wildlife & Fishing Cruise
Two night Kariba to Binga Cruise
Two night Binga to Kariba Cruise
Two night Victoria Falls –Binga to the Sengwe River Cruise

Alongside the cruises our fleet of Houseboats remain available for group charters from both Kariba and now Binga (June 2016) and with 72 beds in en-suite air-conditioned cabins between the 3 big boats they make an ideal conference, wedding or corporate entertainment option.
In an effort to drive business and reengage our SA market affected by the Rand rate we have significantly reduced our Charter Rates on the whole fleet. (See new charter rates)
We have also added a new Lodge to The Chiefs Collection’ in the heart of Kariba that overlooks the Lake , work starts on refurbishing this 19 acre property before its official launch in 2017
The company welcomed a new General Manager in September 2015 Mr Byran Rocher, formerly of Leopard Rock Hotel and he has looked to re ignite the brand through improved service, standards and restructured rates. As you will see from the attached lodge rates we have made some significant reductions in most areas, this is NOT a short term offer it’s a permanent strategy with our room rates at least until the end of 2017. In many cases standard activities are now included in our full board price and the conference rates generally outperform most of the popular Hotels and Venues in Harare.
Wedding rates have also come down and there is now a one day wedding option something we haven’t offered for many years. Other exiting changes are our improved menu choices and food quality and the appointment at Pamuzinda of an executive Chef.

Chengeta & Pamuzinda at only an hour from Harare remain a tranquil, un-distracted stress free environment to host a conference .workshop, team building, board meeting or strategy meeting and we have a conference rate of only $ 119 per person Full Board Including a FREE Game Activity at Chengeta & a day conference rate of only $ 45 per person which also includes a FREE Game Activity.
