Prof Ncube launched 3 Mashonaland Central Special Economic Zones, namely Muzarabani-Mbire Energy Petrochemical, Mazowe-Mvurwi Agro-Industrial & To***co, and Bindura-Shamva Mineral Beneficiation to be launched by President Mnangagwa at the Provincial Investment Conference.
