The 'African Glam' Fine Dining evening at Amanzi Lodge with chef Callie-Anne Gavazzi.

The floral design for this evening incorporated the indigenous plants and natural materials with white avalanche roses - what a glamorous combination.

"All because two people fell in love."

Yesterday's flowers for Coralie and Dillan at Wild Geese Lodge.

Inspired by the indigenous plant material, these arrangements were wild and vibrant.

The setting was absolutely stunning under the masassa trees, what a beautiful wedding, more pictures coming soon !

Tonight's look at Amanzi Lodge.
The Fine Dining Pop Up with Chef Yunli Sun was inspired by Chinese culture and cuisine.

The vibrant, glamorous yet sophisticated look was achieve by the use of colors that have great meaning and significance in the Chinese culture.

Red signifies good luck and celebration, I made sure to make this color the focus of the table arrangements as it catches the eye and is quite dramatic.

Green signifies growth, vitality and harmony.

Gold means wealth and completeness.

Black means immortality and knowledge, if you look carefully a lot of the red roses are rimmed with fine black glitter, which under candlelight glistens.

Today's spring inspired arrangements for Cafe Nush Village Walk. Lovely atmosphere, best food and coffee I have had in a while. I can definitely recomend it!
