Hello beautiful people, welcome back to Lolo’s Kitchen 🍲
Today we were all craving lasagna for lunch, but in our home we eat a little differently — so I made two versions.
One is banting-friendly, which means it’s lower in carbs and perfect for anyone following a diet. This one has meat and lots of vegetables instead of the usual pasta layers.
The other one is the classic lasagna, also made with meat but with the traditional pasta layers and carbs.
Cooking for family sometimes means adjusting meals so everyone can enjoy something that works for them.
And honestly, that’s part of what I love about cooking — learning, experimenting, and making food that brings everyone to the table.
