*Supervision of the kitchen, restaurant, housekeeping and estates
*Doing Zimra returns

Competencies
*5 O levels passes including Maths and English
*Diploma in Hospitality management or equivalents
*At least 2 years experience working in a lodge/hotel setup
*A class 4 driver's is an added advantage but not a must
*Team player
