He is the author of many books like understanding men, one minute manager strategies,a mind of a leader and ,He holds a degree in medicine and surgery ,A degree in economics and finance ,and a degree in Human resources management,he also have a post graduate diploma in risk management from the University of Switzerland ,diploma in pharmacy from Evelyn hon college,He also obtained in-service training in pharmacovigIlance, essential medicine logistics system ,and traditional medicines ,also has professional diploma in procurement and supply chain,and a professional diploma in monitoring and evaluation from mulungushi university ,advanced diploma in psycho social counselling,and a diploma in social work,he also has various certificates from different fields and also is an affiliate member if economics association of Zambia, Zambia institute of human resources management, counseling associates of Zambia, Zambia monitoring and evaluation authority as well as health professionals council of Zambia.
