Did you know that you can use a wrapper for butter as parchment paper?
Do not throw them away. Keep them in the fridge and use them when you run out of baking paper.

Invest in baking paper (parchment paper).
- Always remember to line
your baking tin with baking paper.
- This will help your baked goodies not to stick to the tin.

Baking tip
Bake in small batches.
- Instead of putting your cake batter in one baking tin, divide the cake batter and put it in two baking tins.
- This will help your cakes to bake fast( reduced baking time) and to bake well (yummy flat cakes).
You will not have nshima like cake.
- This method will help you to produce big layered cakes.
