Refunds Update

Family, as we begin processing refunds from tomorrow (31st March), we want to make the process as smooth and clear as possible for everyone.

Refunds will be done through the same method you used to purchase your ticket, and they will be processed in batches throughout April due to the high number of tickets sold that need to be refunded.

Here’s what you need to know:

• If you bought your ticket via ClicknPay, a representative will reach out to you directly once your refund is ready.
• If you bought your ticket from Shoprite, please return to the same Shoprite outlet where you made your purchase.
• If you bought from Meraki, please return to the same Meraki store.
• If you bought from a sales agent at any of our physical locations, the agent will be in touch to coordinate your refund.
• If you bought via the Bridge Nation website a refund will be made to the account attached to the card you paid to accordingly

Please keep your tickets & proof of purchase ready, as this will be required for the refund process.
