‎I have loved media for as long as I can remember, and I’ve always wanted to work in media - which I’ve been fortunate to do over the years. However, most of my work has been in the corporate space. But you see, I’ve always admired the creativity of media houses that cover different events like weddings and Chilanga Mulilo, and I thought to myself, this must be really fun. I’d see beautiful pictures and videos displayed, but what I didn’t see or understand was the work behind the scenes.

‎I’ve been at Marrimuso Media House for some time now, and most of the events I’ve covered before are concerts and music videos. It’s been intense, of course, but also fun. But, nothing prepared me for what I experienced on Sunday.😅 It was my first time shooting a wedding ceremony, and that experience made me realize how well these media houses make their work look easy. And just because they make it look easy doesn’t mean it is. They’ve simply mastered the art of carrying it well.

‎Shooting a wedding was so much fun, I always enjoy working with cameras, but the work was intense. It called for patience, tolerance, and the ability to think quickly. It reminded me that behind every beautiful moment we see, whether in media, relationships, or personal achievements lies a story of dedication, patience, and unseen effort. Just like media professionals master the art of making complex work look effortless, we too can approach life's challenges with grace and resilience.
