Meet Chama Chungu, Senior Housekeeper and Supervisor at The Urban Hotel Lusaka. Ask her about her work and watch her stand a little taller; that is what pride looks like. It's in the room she checks twice when once would pass. It's in the standard she holds her team to, not because anyone is watching, but because her name is on it.

That pride is the reason a room at The Urban feels the way it does. You never meet the person behind it. You just feel that somebody cared.

Housekeeping Week ends today, but the work doesn't. Tomorrow morning, Chama and her team will be back, doing it exactly the same way.
