Arch And Arrow Arch & Arrow is a breathtaking venue where rustic charm meets contemporary elegance. About our Legacy:
Arch and Arrow is part of a bigger corporate structure.

We’re part of the Schütte Legacy, which is more than just a group of companies, it is more than just a family. It is the intricate nuances of trust and loyalty and the unpretentious gestures of generosity and passion. It is the fierce declaration of persistence and preservation and the sweet whisper of boundless love. Our Values:
Within the Schütte Family’s group of companies, is a well-established value system:
Stewardship – Honesty, Punctuality, Willingness, Ownership, hardworking, Positivity and Passionate
Piety – Philanthropic, Humility, Caring, Respect, Balance, Faith and Loyalty
Integrity – Punctuality, Loyalty, Credibility, Wisdom and a Watch before your mouth. The above mentioned values are the foundation from which our interactions and relationships stems. It leads to transparent communication and trust. Without trust we cannot be stewards of the Schütte Legacy and without respect there cannot be love. Our Vision:
Our vision is beautifully crafted by the pen of our leader, Frans Schütte:
To anchor crystal-stewardship of our Genesis-inheritance in science, wisdom and worthiness so that an encompassed structured legacy of our family can be kindled with care and sustainability. Crystal – Transparency and steadfastness
Care – Economy
Genesis-inheritance – Collective name for talents/ gifts/ professions / trades / science / Scripture and nature
Stewardship – Responsibility and caution

To be blessed on your 30th anniversary vow renewal makes the moment even more special. What a beautiful symbol of a love that has grown, endured and continues to be chosen, year after year. 🤍

Heritage is more than where we come from. It is what we build together, what we pass on, and the people who become part of the story along the way.

Across our farms, kitchens, lodges, venues, businesses, teams and communities, the Schutte Legacy is made up of many different people, places, cultures and traditions.

It is the early mornings and long days. The shared meals, the laughter between colleagues, the friendships built over years. It is welcoming guests, working alongside one another, raising families, growing businesses and creating something that can be carried forward.

Our heritage is in our differences, our shared values, our teams, our comrades, our customers and our friends.

Today, we celebrate all the people who make up the Schutte Legacy.

Different stories. Different cultures. One legacy.

Happy Heritage Day.
