Last week Saturday Nombuso_Events hosted it's 3rd annual "DefineYourVision" Event for 2020.

What a phenomenal morning, a huge S/O to our guest speakers who left our guests empowered and ready to go for everything that has their name on it in 2020.

The purpose of the event is to design and shape the year ahead by placing everything you visualise or anticipate on your Vision Board.

We do this by getting speakers from all facets of life. Corporate, Entrepreneurship, those that have done both or those that have soley been Entrepreneurs.

The purpose of the event is also to remind you that whatever it is you want to pursue in life, regardless of the hurdles and challenges along the way. It is all possible but the onus is on you and this life is 100% your responsiblty, it's entirely up to you...

We are pleased to announce one of our guest speakers for our 3rd annual "DefineYourVision" Event 2020 presented to you by Nombuso_Events.

Palesa Ntoagae... Palesa is the Regional Head of Human Capital for South and Central Regions in the Standard Bank Group i.e. Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

Palesa joined Standard Bank in 2007 and has held numerous positions within the Group, with many accolades along the journey.

Palesa holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Rhodes University conferred in 2004, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from GIBS conferred in 2017, and most recently completed training with the Institute of Directors South Africa in 2018 and a coaching certification with GIBS in 2019.

She is a proud mother to 12 year-old Jabari Ntoagae whom she says is her biggest inspiration and her role as a mom the most fulfilling in life. She enjoys travelling, and when at home she loves spinning and gardening. She is passionate about giving back to the community and is involved in number of initiatives aimed at improving education standards in the country. In addition to this, she is a co-founder for BESST Foundation, an NGO aimed at equipping young girls with the soft skills and business etiquette necessary to be ready for the workplace.

She is the epitome or reminder that our dreams are valid and that it's all possible.

Late post, last weekends creations by Nombuso_Events.

Yellow, black and white was the order of the day. Our little madam was officially entering her double digits in a classy way.

Fun was had with candy floss machine and a waterslide as part of their entertainment.
