🚩40% CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING WITH US (NO MATTER THE REASON).
🚩NO EVENT BOOKINGS UNTIL THE DEPOSIT HAS BEEN PAID.
🚩50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED ON ACCEPTANCE OF THE QUOTATION AND THE BALANCE MUST BE PAID TWO(2) WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT.
🚩WE WILL NOT RENDER SERVICES UNTIL THE FULL AMOUNT CHARGED HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL.
🚩WE WILL ONLY RENDER SERVICES THAT HAVE BEEN PAID FOR,AND WILL CHARGE FOR EXTRAS IF NEED BE.
🚩OUR REQUESTS AND REQUIREMENTS MUST BE ADHERED TO,TO MAKE YOUR EVENT IS A SUCCESS.
🚩R1000 BREAKAGE FEE IS REQUIRED AND WILL BE REFUNDED AFTER THE EVENT IF THERE ARE NO DAMAGES
🚩NO GROCERY LIST OR INVITATIONS WILL BE SENT TO A CLIENT UNTIL THE 50% DEPOSIT HAS BEEN PAID.
🚩NO CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ALLOWED WITHIN 1 MONTH BEFORE THE EVENT.
🚩WE WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY DELAYS OR DAMAGES CAUSED BY HEAVY RAINFALLS AND WIND.
