New to the world of fire performance? Here's a quick guide:

🔥 FIRE POI — Two weighted balls on chains, spun to create beautiful geometric light patterns. Mesmerising and deeply rhythmic.

🔥 FIRE STAFF — A long staff with fire on each end, manipulated with the hands, fingers, and body. Powerful and visually striking.

🔥 DRAGON STAFF — A multi-headed staff that creates incredible 3D fire effects. One of the most jaw-dropping props in flow arts. Each one tells a different story. All of them captivate audiences. Which is your favourite?

It starts with curiosity. Maybe you saw us perform at a market or a beach session and thought — I want to do that. Well, you can. 🔥 We offer training in Fire Staff and Fire Poi — two of the most beautiful and rewarding fire arts to learn.

No experience needed. Just an open mind, a willingness to practice, and a love for something a little different. We also run free community practice sessions on South Coast beaches where anyone can come, watch, learn the basics, and feel what flow arts is all about.
