Try our , for your . Mix a few (generous) table spoons of Chimichurri with some butter (maybe 1/2 teaspoon garlic), set in the fridge for 5 mins, then generously spoon over your steak, lamb, fish or even pasta. Watch that goodness melt over as you serve...

For our or fans, maybe try thinning out the Chimichurri with some olive oil and lemon juice? Great twist dressing with Chimichurri...
