Your photographer / videographer is not a data storage facility.

Lumier Weddings is not responsible to keep your photo and film indefinitely. More often than expected, clients would reach out months or years after the wedding asking us to re-send their photos / film. There is no way that we can keep all of the raw footage of every client - even if we wanted to - we would need thousands of hard drives or cloud storage space to achieve that.

Please read the contract. Your photos are delivered via online gallery, that is active for a year after the wedding. Thereafter we do not keep your photos. Your film is delivered via a WeTransfer link. You have 14 days to request changes to the film. We are under no obligation to retain your footage after delivery. We are not being unprofessional for not storing it for you.

Save, and backup your wedding day media, for the love of glory.

Introductions first.

We are Mr and Mrs Smit. And we shoot people for a living. True story!

More true is that we are a husband and wife team who have been married for 5 years, and we have 6 children - it's true, I promise.

And together we do photography and videography - full time. We are both qualified in our fields and Pioneer Studios is a registered company that has been in business for 14 years. Most importantly we have an absolute passion for what we do - an obsession if you may, with the digital world of Photography and Videography. When you buy into us, you buy into a dream, and we believe it shows in our content. We specialise in Wedding Photography because well, we are both hopeful romantics and the magic surrounding a wedding day inspires our creative spirits. But we also do family, maternity and engagement sessions to name a few.
