Recipe chicken gizzards curry chow ⁃ Onion finely chopped ⁃ Garlic minced ⁃ Tomato peer ⁃ Red kidney beans ⁃ Peppers ⁃ Knorrox cubes ⁃ Black pepper ⁃ Salt ⁃ Red oil ⁃ Potatoes and carrots ⁃ Saffron

You first sautΓ© your onions ,peppers and add garlic. Once it is golden you may add your curry: wet leave masala, fresh herbs ,tomatoes puree ,put a qauter cup of boiling water.

This is a good time to add carrots , potatoes , sprinkle a tiny bit of saffron and close the lid and leave it to cook for about 7mins and must be closely monitored.
You then can add your power boiled gizzards to the above mixture that is cooking. Go ahead knock your self out with seasoning. Wait a bit then taste if seasoning is fine. Lastly you may add your red kidney beans, lower your heat and close your lid.
