What would have been a birthday celebration became a beautiful celebration of life, bringing family and friends together at very short notice.

Our client reached out to us for assistance, and we were honoured to help provide comforting, home-style meals for everyone gathered.

On Saturday, 3 October, the South African Institute of Architects (SAIA) Limpopo gathered at the beautiful View Point Guesthouse in Haenertsburg for a Mixx Cement Presentation.

Guests enjoyed an elegant selection of delicious canapés and harvest-table snacks, perfectly paired with refreshing cocktails while networking and connecting in the beautiful surroundings. 🥂🌿

🌿 A Traditional Boerekos Feast at Jackalberry Creek 🌿

We went with a traditional Boerekos theme for this special celebration, but wanted to move away from the traditional buffet and create something a little more relaxed — a harvest-table atmosphere with hot trays.

Unfortunately, the rain had other plans and prevented us from creating the full harvest-table effect we had envisioned. ☔️ But that certainly didn’t stop the food from being enjoyed! Everything was served warm, comforting and full of those delicious traditional flavours — and it was very well received by our guests. ❤️

• Slow-Roast Beef with Red W**e Jus
• Corn on the Cob with Baby Potatoes & Herbed Butter
