*Only let me know if you are available. If you male yourself available for a shift and the cancel at a later stage, you will be penalized.

**Petrol money for farther shifts like Robertson, H&A Valley and Greyton will be compensated accordingly, please form lift clubs

***Make sure that you have the correct times for your shifts, as well as the correct dress code

**** This is obviously a good opportunity for newcomers to land a few shifts, so I encourage you to be available for as many of them as possible.

*****Every waiter must have their own bottle opener and lighter at every shift.

Hi All

Exact Events Staffing will host another Training session on the 21st of November @ Vrede en Lust Estate.

Anyone is welcome to join, so please encourage newcomers and friends to come and participate in a meet and greet evening of Q&A sessions, Training tips and planning for the season ahead.

The rest of the season's shifts will mostly be comprised from individuals who attended the training session, therefore senior waiters MUST attend.

Where: Vrede en Lust, Simondium, R45

When: 6 September @ 18:00

Dress: Casual and Comfortable

*Everyone* is welcome, so please encourage friends and newcomers to join us as we discuss the busy season ahead, and provide you with some in-depth knowledge and training tips from our most experienced staff.

As the busiest part of our season approaches, we will mainly make use of senior waiters and people who attend the training sessions to fill our shifts.

It won't be a long session (20:00 max) but it will definitely be worth it, and we hope to see as many of you there as possible.

Ps. If you are struggling with transport, you may send me a personal message stating where you will need a lift from, and I will try and make a plan for you.

*VACANT POSITION*
*Permanent position in the hospitality sector*

Permanent supervisor position available in the Cape Winelands area at Exact Events Staffing.

Your main function will be to supervise and lead waiter- and staff teams, and assist with operational tasks and administrative efficiency.

*Duties and Responsibilities*
-Supervising groups of waiters and/or other staff at functions, weddings and events.
-Diary- and scheduling management
-Equipment and uniform distribution.

*Requirements*
-Grade 12
-Hospitality, Tourism and Administrative qualifications will count in your favour.
-Professional appearance
-Afrikaans and English speaking
-Basic PC skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
-Attention to detail
-Valid drivers licence + own transport essential.
-Experience the Hospitality industry.

*Salary Breakdown*
-Basic Salary of R1500 pm neg. (Administrative)
+
-Hourly rate of R60 per hour (functions supervisor> +- 25-35 hrs per week)
+
-Petrol, Meals at functions and phone contract and/or airtime.

(+- R6000 to R8000 depending on hours worked)

Exact Events Staffing invites all current and new staff to our Pre-Season training @ 18:00 on Tuesday 29 August, Diamant wine estate, AgterPaarl.
We look forward to catching up, gearing up and getting ready for the wedding season of 2017/2018.
