💡 Every great team has someone who not only leads the way but makes the journey meaningful — and for us, that’s Catherine. As the Unit Manager, she brings the perfect mix of strategy and collaboration to everything she does.

💡 Catherine is known for creating an environment where people feel valued and supported, no matter the challenge. She has a way of bringing people together, turning ideas into action and making sure every voice is heard. Her leadership isn’t just about meeting goals, it’s about building a team culture that lasts.

From moving chairs to prepping spaces, she’s always on the move, but what really sets her apart is more than just her physical energy. It’s her calm approach under pressure and her sharp eye for detail. Behind the scenes, she brings structure, warmth and a whole lot of capability to every event.

Every year, Endler Hall at the Konservatorium transforms into a stage of dreams, where residences battle for the acclaimed SU Acapella title. This year was no different — creativity, talent, and passion filled the room.

⚙️ MEET ULRIKE – THE POWERHOUSE BEHIND CECO’S SEAMLESS OPERATIONS

✍️ With an eye for detail and a systems-first mindset, Ulrike, our Operations Manager, keeps CECO’s engine running — leading logistics, coordinating teams and bringing structure to the fast-paced world of event operations. Her strength lies in creating clarity and control, ensuring every team member has what they need to succeed.

✍️ Her superpower? Endurance — both on and off the job.
She’s completed 15 half marathons and a full marathon, and finds her weekly balance running in the mountains with a coffee date to follow. That same rhythm and resilience show up in her work, where she quietly and consistently makes the magic happen.
