Establishing a GREAT Team takes hard work & MAKING Time to connect TOGETHER.

Our Front of House Team recently took a stroll on the TRAILS at Blue Gum. We spent a morning reflecting on the History of the Estate, the Past, the Present & the Future - most importantly visiting the CORE Values & the HEART space of the Farm.

This Wonderful Team who MEET & GREET our guests are a group of admirable Women. Familliar to some - Margaret, Lita, Charlin & Sharmen are LOCAL Stanfordians, full of smiles, s***k and eagerness to Learn & GROW.

We are excited for the CHAPTER ahead - New Beginnings | Building Together ✨

Despite the Stormy Weather we have been BUSY Bees on Blue Gum Estate. Campbells Café hosted a Colour Therapy Group this past week with a special Vegetarian MENU, a 60th Birthday Celebration all weekend & an Educational workshop. The Meals were lovingly created by our expanding Team always ready for a new Challenge & embracing any opportunities to Learn & GROW.

SHOUT OUT to Reagan, Leoni, Shahieda, Miriam & Ntombi for all the HARD WORK!

During the past week, our skilled CHEFS have dedicated their efforts to unveiling a fresh array of Breakfast Menu offerings. Among the delectable additions are Breakfast Waffles, Rosti Stacks, Blue Gum Honey Glazed French Toast and more.

With the start of the NEW season, a surge of creative inspiration is sweeping through our kitchen. This has prompted the artisans on our Estate to practice their culinary skills, innovate their presentations and expand their culinary horizons.

As we embark on the creation of a new menu, we are fostering growth as a team. Together, we are refining our plating techniques, analyzing each dish and striving for a prosperous season filled with quality and consistency.
