Hellooooooooo.....todays order...Thank you Lord. Watch the pennies and the dollars will take care of themselves....its the little things that matter....even if u get R30 profit a day don't loose hope 1 day is 1 day strue...

10 cups flour
10 tsp baking powder
1 teas bicarbonate
6 eggs
2 cups sugar
Spoon vanilla essence

2 cups amasi if too dry add a little
180degree
Eggwash.....happy baking!!!
I used 1 egg for eggwash....
180% happy baking...

Left over veggies, sauces......mix motion sunday kos

Chicken wings.....

Wash and boil for a few seconds.
Drain water leave to cool.
Aside mix flour and 6guns in a bowl.
Put wings in the flour mixture.
Heat oil, fry until golden brown.
Remove from oil put them in a bowl.
In a separate dish mix a bit of tomato sauce, Worcester, Jimmy's brown sauce and spices
I used six guns and chicken only.
Mix your sauce, put over wings and mix....
If it's still not all mixed,repeat the sauce becareful
full not to put too much.
Done.....u can serve them cold or hot.
To warm them add Jimmy's barbecue(brown sauce),put them in an oven a few minutes..
Enjoy.

Screws salad.

Boil 2 packets of screws(I used plain ones and colours)
Drain and rinse with cold water.
Leave them to cool
Aside cut onion(u can use normal or red).
I used mozzarella and gouda cut them in pieces.
Put everything in a bowl
Add aromat and white pepper
Cut robot strips..Add
Grate the green part of cucumber..add.
Then add a it of Italian dressing (I used the normal 1 and creamy...mix them)
Add to your pasta and toss....
Not forgetting to add cherry tomatoes do not cut them..
If it's a bit dry Put more dressing do not add mayo.
Enjoy and thank me later...

Broccoli and cauliflower salad....

Seperate Broccoli and cauliflower into florets
Wash them thoroughly with cold water,drain
Aside slice red onion thinly
Cut cheese into cubes..I used gouda
Put everything in a bowl
Add aromat and thyme
Mix gently
Add tablespoons of mayo
Add 1000 islands dressing mix
Enjoy

As promised....

Easy potato salad.
Peel,cut,wash and boil a few potatoes.
When cooked drain water
Add ,aromat,parsley and chopped onions whilst warm...
Leave it to cool
Add few tablespoons of mayo
Add thick fresh cream .mix well be careful not to break potatoes...enjoy.....
