If your idea of salad is a sad bowl of lettuce, we need to talk.

Our salads are the ones guests go back for twice. Sushi salmon salad. Roast butternut with beetroot, basil and feta. Avo with roasted corn and tomato. Penne pesto with sundried tomato and feta.

They're technically sides. But they steal the show every time.

Slow-braised brisket in ginger ale sauce. Roast leg of lamb with sundried tomato gravy. An entire salmon side with Asian-inspired flavours. Rare roast sirloin sliced thin enough to make a chef jealous.
