Arkyt Events invite you to hold your next function or wedding ceremony and reception at our venue. M’hudi Wine Estate are centrally located between Stellenbosch and Koelenhof and just 3.5km off the R304 – NI to Paarl. The venue which leads out onto a huge grass lawn includes tables, chairs, basic crockery, cutlery and glasses, music center and speakers, cash bar with the barman, ice and glasses, s

mall kitchen with stove and fridge, and bain-marie. A refundable breakage/holding deposit of R2 500 is required to reserve a booking. We can do décor and flowers which come with free setting of tables, but if you choose to do your own the responsibility of setting tables is yours. (contact us for more details)
In the case of self-catering, a surcharge of R2000 will apply for the use of the kitchen, or in the case of an approved caterer by M’hudi management, it will be included in the venue hiring cost. Your nominated caterer must provide all cooking utensils, black bags, cleaning aids, dishcloths, etc., and ensure the kitchen is left clean and tidy, including making sure that all crockery, cutlery, and glasses are washed clean and dried. Breakages, missing items, or kitchen left unclean will be deducted from the refundable deposit of R2500 paid at booking. Our bar prices are reasonable, but prices do fluctuate from time to time. All WINES must be bought from M’hudi wine Estate. Ceremony in the garden is included in the hiring price if no additional chairs are required. The capacity of the large venue - approx. 230 persons with dancing. The capacity of the small venue - approx. 130 persons with dancing Capacity- approx. 60 persons. Basic buffet menu’s can be requested, plated menu’s, cocktails, brunch, and breakfast menu, and more.
