Its been a year since this gorgeous wedding in Boston,The temperature was fitting for the berg. I stressed with the Flowers being transported in a very hot car but all worked out beautifully.Considering the temp. Dropped to single digits by the early afternoon.

When things seem to much the pain and heartache leave you feeling shattered one realises that every journey no matter how difficult you grow as a person and are grateful for the lessons learned.you appreciate characteristics within yourself that you never knew existed remembering the simple things that make us who we are and what we need to be.To new adventures and a possitive out look looking to renewed inspirational creative ideas .

From the start of planning the Pirates of the Caribbean theme party it was an amazing journey into the characters.There are so many inspiring combinations that can go together to give the look and feel one is looking for. I decided to keep it fun (bearing in mind the guests are 10 years old ) with a touch of elegance the use of old wine bottles decorated with shells, gold coins seaweed and pearls, candle wax dripped down to give them an ageless look .
Treasure boxes filled with jewels ,and of coarse the skeleton with the necessary weapons a pirate would require.Not forgetting "the jar of dirt" Personalized loot bags included custom made eye patches by Elzette , LZ creations ,The gorgeous Jack Sparrow cake made by Bees Catering well done Bianca.Thank you Kimberley Crawford Out there photography for capturing the images on the day.
We were blessed with the weather as the venue was out doors at the water park which held out until the party concluded.

Getting all my ideas in for an exciting 10th birthday party " pirates of the Caribbean," researching the characters has been awesome reading about a "Jar of dirt" the Kraken and Davy Jones... this really is a little boys dream party, A sneak peek at the invitations and the start of my decorating journey to create the ships galley ... this would be an interesting themed wedding,So much texture. What do you think ? Pirate wedding .... maybe :)
