There are only limited registration spots available for the meals for SACAA's Safety Weekend fly-in at Airspan Executive Airport during the weekend of 21&22 Feb.
Everyone else has to pay for their meals!

The weather promisses to clear up a bit during the weekend, but if you are still on the cautious side, you may also drive-in.

Hi all pilots

It appears that the snapscan on the flyers for the SACAA's Safety Weekend fly-in at Airspan Executive Airport on 21 & 22 Feb does not work.

Kindly tap on the link, at the bottom of this message to register.

Whether you fly-in or drive-in, the first 80 pilot registrants will enjoy a free braaivleis and side dishes on Friday evening and the first 120 pilot registrants will receive a free buffet breakfast, light lunch and spitbraai dinner on Saturday.

It is therefor of the utmost importance that you register, if you plan to join us (fly-in or drive-in) for this fun-filled weekend!!!

Hi all pilots

Remember to register for the SACAA's Safety weekend fly-in on 21&22 Feb at Airspan, with the snapscan at the bottom right hand corner of the flyers. Your registration is needed for catering and other logistic purposes. Any pilot cautious of the weather may also drive-in. See you all soon, and looking forward to share the braais, spitbraai, chats around the fire pits and variety of aviation activities for a whole weekend!!!!
